What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In original packaging with all accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
We're committed to delivering products in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
We'll either:
- Send a replacement at no additional cost
- Issue a full refund including return shipping
- Provide a partial refund if you'd like to keep the item
Email us at support@watchthecar.com with your order number and photos, and we'll take care of you immediately.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! We offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or products of equal or greater value within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate an exchange:
- Contact us at support@watchthecar.com with your order number
- Let us know what you'd like to exchange it for
- We'll send you a prepaid return label
- Once we receive your return, we'll ship your new item
If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund you the balance.
What items are not eligible for return?
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Products showing signs of use or wear
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Gift cards or digital products

How do I initiate a return?
Starting a return is simple:
- Step 1: Email support@watchthecar.com with your order number and reason for return
- Step 2: We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
- Step 3: Pack your item securely in original packaging
- Step 4: Attach the label and drop it off at any carrier location
- Step 5: Track your return using the tracking number provided
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for your return:
- Defective or damaged items: We cover all return shipping costs
- Wrong item shipped: We cover all return shipping costs
- Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping (prepaid label provided at cost)
- Exchanges: We cover return shipping, you cover new item shipping
International returns may have additional costs—contact us for specific rates.
How long does the return process take?
Here's the typical timeline:
- Shipping to us: 5-10 business days depending on your location
- Inspection & processing: 2-3 business days after we receive it
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days to appear in your account
Total time: Approximately 12-20 business days from when you ship it back to when you see the refund in your account.
